5. TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
When you provide a cell phone number to us via the Site or Services, you give your consent for us to call or text you at this number. You may be called via an automated dialer, artificial/pre-recorded message or sent a text message for updates on legislation, calls to action or educational links.. By providing your cell phone number to us via the Site or Services, you agree to be contacted at that number regardless of whether you or someone else is in possession of the cell phone when the contact is made. You may revoke your consent any time either verbally, by email or via U.S. mail.

Every email and text message we send you will have a link to unsubscribe from further communication with us, or you can to unsubscribe.
At any time if you wish to opt out of any or all communications from us please email info@TYLNow.org with “Remove” in the subject field. This will remove the email from which the request is sent from our email list. If you wish to have your telephone number removed please indicate the number in the body of your email.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests. If you are a California consumer, you have the following rights:

Request Verification. Please note all consumer requests described above in this Section 13 are subject to verification and there may be circumstances where we do not honor your request, as permitted under the law. We may verify any request by asking for additional information, including identifying information to verify the identity of the person making the request. You are entitled to make any such request through an authorized agent. If an authorized agent is making the request, such requests are subject to the same verification process mentioned above and we may also ask for additional proof of authorization.
13. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER
The Services are controlled and operated by us from the United States, and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States. Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country.
